Shipping policy


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship orders across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery within Kerala : 2–4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days (depending on location and courier service).

  • Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather, or festivals.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If you are unavailable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged / Missing Products

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Delayed Deliveries

  • While we strive to deliver on time, Gully Sports is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
